Expanding Foam Display

Below is an example of Urethane foam rising. Air temperature variations effects the time frame in which foam dries to a tack free state.

		4 seconds of urethane foam out of our foam gun (2 lb of foam)
		.20 seconds
		.40 seconds
		1 minute
String Gel (around this point, If touched with your finger it would stick to your finger and as you pull your finger away it would look like gel string)		1 min. 20 seconds
		1 min. 40 seconds
		2 min.
		2 min. 20 seconds
		2 min. 40 seconds
Tack Free		3 minutes
		This is the end result. 4 seconds (2 lb's) of urethane foam out of our foam gun, sprayed into a box. This urethane foam example was cut out of the box for a good view.
